- The rate of $89 will be guaranteed until 7/14/08. Beginning on 7/15/08 the room rates will be the prevailing rate. Currently that non-discounted rate is $149.00 but it may be higher by the 15th. Please book your rooms early to receive the discounted rate.

Why should we stay at those hotels? |
|
We’ve negotiated a rate of $89/night and we are allowed up to 4 people per room. This is also where the Saturday Workshops will be held and within walking distance of the Dodge Theatre.

Why are the singles in a different facility? |
|
This will be the 6th annual Singles Conference and last year had approximately 1500 in attendance. Their conference requires more the space of the Scottsdale facility. We are grateful that they will joining us for the main sessions on Friday Evening & Sunday morning. Their hotel is approx. 20 miles away from the Dodge Theater (4 blocks from married hotel).

The conference will bring together thousands of
disciples from the SW, inspiring and moving everyone
there. This will also be an incredible time of
fellowship for young families to have great times of
fellowship (parents & children); this will also provide
the unusual opportunity for the pre-teens, teens, &
campus to build lasting relationships. In short, it will
be spiritually fantastic!

A schedule will be posted in advance. But basically, the
Conference will include the following: Main combined
sessions on Friday & Saturday Evenings and Sunday
Morning; Workshops for the pre-teens, teens, campus and
married men on Saturday from 9a-Noon; workshop for the
married women on Saturday afternoon from 1p-4p. The
married men will take their children to a water theme
park on Saturday afternoon; the campus will also
particpate in different water activity. There will be
classes in English and Spanish.

What is there to do in the area? |

What should I do with my small children? |
|
Bring them! We envision this being a great time for the
entire family to bond and deepen their relationships
with others. During the main sessions, parents can
cooperate with other parents to take care of each
other’s children. The rest of the schedule is designed
for parents to spend great time with their kids.

What would be the cost for a family? |
|
The most
that a family would pay for registration is $100 (early
registration). A family who only has children younger than preteens
would pay a maximum of $75 (early registration). If the
children can stay in the room with their parents, then the room
cost would only be $178 + tax. The only other costs would be
for food and the extracurricular activities such as the one on
Saturday afternoon.
