Use of the official Los Angeles International Church of Christ website, LAICC.net and its family of region and related ministry web sites, including laicc.net, lasouthregion.com, amstoday.com, ocregion.com, ocregion.org, ocregion.net (collectively, the “Website”), constitutes your agreement to the following terms and conditions and the Rules of Conduct posted on the Website. Hereafter “USER” or “you” or “your” refers to you, the Website user and “LAICC” or “we” or “our” refers to the Los Angeles International Church of Christ, the owner and operator of the Website. By using the Website, USER agrees that you have read, understood and willingly accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement below:

1. USER, as a member in good standing of LAICC (a “Member”), has applied to be an authorized user (“USER”) of the access controlled “For Members Only” sections of the Website, and has been approved therefor. LAICC reserves the right to accept or reject any application for any reason.
2. Once registered, USER is authorized as a Website user only so long as USER remains a Member, and so long as USER complies with all of the terms and conditions of this agreement, and the policies and procedures for the Website.
3. USER has read, understands, and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement which includes all rules, policies, and procedures of the Website, as they may be amended from time to time, in LAICC’s sole discretion.
4. USER is an individual, independent USER under the terms of this Agreement. User status does not make USER an agent, employee or legal representative of LAICC or the Website, or in any way aurthorize USER to represent him/herself as such.
5. USER will not produce, promote, or use materials of any kind describing the Website or LAICC’s names, programs, products, and trademarked, copyrighted or otherwise protected materials, if such use is not approved in writing by LAICC. LAICC does encourage the distribution of these materials with written permission.
6. The license granted to USER hereunder is personal to USER, and USER is not acting as an agent for any other person or entity. USER will not authorize or knowingly allow any other person to use the Website under USER’s username or password.
7. Venue and jurisdiction for any action pertaining to this Agreement of any disagreement or claim between the parties hereto shall be in the State of California. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. USER understands and agrees that except as may otherwise be set forth herein, all claims and disputes relating to this Agreement, the rights and obligations of the parties or any of the claims or causes of actions relating to the performance of either party under this Agreement and/or USER 's purchase of products shall be settled totally and finally by binding arbitration to be held in Los Angeles County, California in accordance with the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
8. Any and all costs, including attorney's fees, incurred by LAICC resulting from any violation of this Agreement by USER or any other dispute between the parties hereto shall be borne by USER. In the event that this Agreement at any time, for any reason is determined to be voided or superseded, the provisions of this paragraph shall survive.
9. LAICC reserves the right to terminate USER’s authorization under this Agreement without any cause or explanation.
