Involvement in those sessions provide an advantage, of course, but participation for newcomers in the training modules will be augmented by reading the following:

MSC is a working draft that should be read by anyone engaging with a serious matter, especially those in positions of authority (the ministry staff, elders, administration, and the board of directors). It will be referenced in the modules.
